Subscription Terms & Renewal Info

The Nexus offers multiple subscription options to fit your needs. Current plans include $35/month, $90/3 months, $150/6 months, and $250/year.

All subscriptions are tied to the selected service period purchased at the time of payment. Your subscription begins once your activation is completed and your service is set up.

At this time, renewals are handled manually. This means customers must return to the website and complete a new payment when they are ready to renew service. Automatic billing and recurring renewals are not currently enabled through the website.

To avoid interruption in service, we recommend renewing before your current subscription period expires.

Please make sure you keep your payment receipt and Order Number for your records. If you need support with a renewal, contact us through live chat or the Contact page.
