Your satisfaction is important to us. If the service is not the right fit and support cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be available under our policy.

Monthly plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 72 hours of the initial transaction. Annual plans may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances and whether support has had the opportunity to address the problem first.

Before requesting a refund, customers should contact support to allow us to review the issue and attempt a resolution.

To request a refund, use the Contact page and make sure to include the same email address used with your payment, along with your invoice or Order Number for verification.

Please note that once a refund is issued, future service access may be restricted.

  • Monthly plans: pro-rated refund window of 72 hours
  • Annual plans: refund window of 7 days
  • Support must be contacted first before a refund request is reviewed
  • Refund requests should include your payment email and Order Number
  • Refund approval is subject to policy review
