To make a payment with The Nexus, start by visiting the Payment Portal on our website. Once you are there, choose the subscription tier you want. Available plans include $35/month, $90/3 months, $150/6 months, and $250/year.
After selecting your subscription tier, choose the number of devices you want activated. Please remember that one activation code is valid for one device, so your device count should match the number of devices you want service on.
Next, review the available payment methods shown on the Payment Portal. Depending on what is currently available, you may see options such as Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or Apple Pay. Choose the payment method you want to use and complete your payment.
Before finishing, make sure you agree to the Terms and Conditions if required on the payment page.
Once your payment is complete, save your receipt and write down your Order Number. This is very important because your Order Number is required when submitting your activation request.
After payment, go to the Activation page and complete the activation form. Be sure to enter all required information carefully, including your Order Number, contact information, subscription selection, and device details.
Important Notes
- Activation is completed manually after payment.
- If your activation form is incomplete, service setup may be delayed.
- If your Order Number is missing, activation may be delayed.
- Keep a copy of your receipt for your records.
