If you have sound with no video, or video with no sound, the issue may be related to the stream, the app player, device settings, or the internet connection.

Try these steps:

  1. Exit and reopen the app.
  2. Restart the device.
  3. Try another channel or title.
  4. Check your device volume and display settings.
  5. If your app supports it, try a different player option.
  6. Make sure your internet connection is stable.


    If the issue happens on only one stream, it may be temporary. If it happens across multiple streams, contact support with your device type and a description of the issue.
