If a channel is not loading, first check whether the issue is affecting one channel or multiple channels. Sometimes a single stream may be temporarily unavailable.

Try the following:

  1. Exit the app and reopen it.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Test another channel to compare.
  4. Check your internet connection.
  5. Make sure your activation has already been completed.
  6. Confirm that your login details were entered correctly.


    If multiple channels are not loading and your activation is already complete, contact support and include your device type, connection type, and a description of the issue.
