Login Not Working

If your login is not working, first make sure your activation has already been completed. After payment and activation form submission, please allow up to 24 hours for activation.

Once enough time has passed, check the following:

  • Username entered exactly as provided
  • Password entered exactly as provided
  • Server or portal URL entered exactly as provided
  • No extra spaces before or after any login field
  • Correct login method selected, such as Log In With Xtream Codes API


    If the login still does not work, restart the app and try again. If needed, contact support with your device type, the email used for activation, and a screenshot of the error.
