If your login is not working, first make sure your activation has already been completed. After payment and activation form submission, please allow up to 24 hours for activation.

If your activation time has already passed, check the following:

  • Make sure you entered the username exactly as provided.
  • Make sure you entered the password exactly as provided.
  • Make sure the server or portal URL is entered correctly.
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the login details.
  • Confirm that you selected Log In With Xtream Codes API if that method was required.


    If the problem continues, restart the app and try again. If needed, contact support and include:

    • Your device type
    • A screenshot of the login screen
    • A screenshot of any error message
    • The email used for your activation request
