How Activation Works

After your payment is completed, you must submit the Activation form on the website. This form tells support which subscription you purchased, how many devices you are activating, and what type of device you will be using.

Once both steps are complete:

  1. Payment must be submitted.
  2. The Activation form must be completed.
  3. Support reviews your request and prepares your login details.


    Please allow up to 24 hours for activation after payment and activation form submission.

    When activation is complete, you will receive your login details from support. Be sure to enter your information exactly as provided when setting up your app.

    Important notes:
    • Activation is completed manually.
    • Missing or incorrect information may delay activation.
    • Your Order Number should be included on the Activation form.
    • Keep a copy of your payment receipt for your records.
