If you need to add another device to your service, contact support before submitting payment so your request can be reviewed correctly.

Extra devices are available for $10 per month per device. Each added device must be paid for and approved before activation can be updated.

If you are changing devices, support may need to verify your account details before assisting. When contacting support, be ready to provide:

  • Your name
  • The email used for payment
  • Your Order Number
  • Your current device type
  • The new device type you want to use


    Important notes:

    • One activation works for one device unless extra devices have been purchased.
    • Device changes may require support review.
    • Please do not assume a device switch is automatic.
    • Contact support first for the fastest help.
