Support response times may vary depending on the day, support volume, and the type of request. Activation requests should be allowed up to 24 hours after payment and activation form submission.

For general support:

  • Messages sent during support hours are usually reviewed sooner
  • Technical issues may take longer if device-specific troubleshooting is needed
  • Incomplete requests may delay a response

To help reduce delays, always include your Order Number, device type, and a clear explanation of the problem
